Chris Wilson- Chief Executive Officer
Chris Wilson is a Flint native, community leader, and CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Flint. A Flint Northern and Northwood University alumnus, Chris enjoyed a nine-year professional football career in the NFL and CFL before spending eight years in automotive management with Ford and General Motors.
Chris has remained deeply committed to creating opportunities for young people in his hometown. He and his wife, Sharena, founded the CSW Faith Foundation to connect students with opportunities to achieve their goals. As CEO of BGCGF, Chris brings leadership, mentorship, and a passion for empowering Flint youth to reach their full potential and build great futures.
Kaitlyn McGlaughlin, CNP- Director of Development
As our Director of Development, Kaitlyn brings a strong background in nonprofit fundraising, event planning, and community engagement. She is dedicated to cultivating partnerships and securing resources that expand opportunities for youth, ensuring the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Flint continues to be a cornerstone for safe spaces, mentorship, and lifelong success.
Emily Wheat- Director of Programs
As our Director of Programs, Emily brings a unique perspective shaped by her journey from Club member to leader. Her experience fuels her commitment to developing engaging, impactful programs that meet the needs of today’s youth while creating opportunities for growth, leadership, and success.
