Year End Giving
As we approach the end of the year, we invite you to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Flint in helping local youth step into a future full of possibilities. We are here to assist you with your year-end giving to ensure a smooth process and maximize the impact of your generosity.
Important Dates & Information
Year-End Office Hours
Our office will be open to assist with all your charitable giving needs during the following hours:
Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM
Please note, our office will be closed Wednesday, December 24th, to Friday, January 2nd for the holidays.
Year-End Giving Deadlines
To ensure your gift is processed before the end of the year, please observe the following giving deadlines:
Gifts can be made online anytime until 11:59 PM on December 31, 2025 through our online donation portal.
Credit card gifts may be made over the phone during our regular business hours until Tuesday, December 23rd at 3 PM.
Gifts made via check:
Checks sent via carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS must be physically received by Tuesday, December 23rd at 5 PM.
Checks sent via the U.S. Postal Service must be postmarked on or before December 31st. Please check your local post office branch for hours.
Gifts of wire transfers and/or appreciated stock should be initiated no later than Thursday, December 18th. Please get in touch with the Development Director at kmcglaughlin@bgclubflint.org to donate via these methods.
